Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent/State.

Perused the charge-sheet. It is seen that the injured person has been discharged in about three days from the date of his hospitalization and the injuries that were sustained were two in number, which were in the nature of laceration and abrasion. As the investigation is over, now no purpose would be served by keeping the applicant behind bar for any longer period of time. In these circumstances, I am inclined to grant this application by imposing certain conditions.

The application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- together with one solvent surety in like sum on following conditions :

(i) The applicant shall stay out from village Devhadi and shall

not enter the limits of village Devhadi till the trial of the case against him and another accused is over.

(ii) The applicant shall submit details of his new address and contact number to the Investigating Officer as well as to the trial Court within three days of his release.

(iii) The applicant shall regularly attend the dates fixed by the Court, except when exempted in accordance with law. (iv) The applicant shall co-operate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the case.

(v) The applicant shall not influence the prosecution witnesses.
