1] There is no dispute between the parties that permission to recruit principal was also sought and in paragraph no.1, that post has been inadvertently omitted while passing orders. Hence, in last sentence of paragraph 1 of Court order dated 23.3.2018, we add the post of Principal also and substitute said sentence as under :- "Permission to recruit Principal as also Librarian has been given."
