Petitioner seeks allotment of land.

Learned A.G.P. has pointed out that allotment sought earlier has been rejected on two occasions.

The allotment has to be as per government policy dated 12.07.2011 and judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court.

The orders passed earlier are not challenged.

If petitioner is seeking allotment of any

With liberty to petitioner to take appropriate steps, we dispose of the present petition. No costs.
