DATE : September 16, 2022 Civil Application No.1336/2022 Perused the application as well as the reply filed on behalf of the non-applicants seeking to oppose the prayer for amendment. We find that by present amendment application, the petitioners seek to amend the prayer clause that their results for practical examination of 5th semester of B.Sc Animation course be declared. It is their grievance that they have been shown as failed in the practical examination while all other students have been passed. Considering the nature of relief sought in the writ petition, amendment as sought for is granted. The same be carried out within one week from today. Civil Application is allowed and disposed of.
