A joint compromise has been filed by the parties stating that the petitioner shall pay amount of Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees three lakh fifty thousand only) to the respondent no.1 and he shall not claim any benefits of reinstatement, backwages, continuity, gratuity, provident fund, damages etc. in future. It is also agreed Complaint (ULP) No.145 of 2009 deemed to be withdrawn.

Pursis No.5 of 2022 has been filed incorporating the said terms, which has been signed by the petitioner and respondent no.1. Both Advocates acknowledge the fact that joint pursis has been signed by the petitioner and respondent no.1. They also invited my attention to the order dated 25.11.2021 passed in Miscellaneous Complaint (ULP) No.1 of 2015, wherein the learned Member, Industrial Court No.4, Nagpur has disposed of the said complaint recording the terms as stated above.

In view of order dated 25.11.2021 in Miscellaneous Complaint (ULP) No.1 of 2015 and pursis No.5 of 2022 in the present petition, nothing survives in the petition. The petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
