Learned counsel for appellants has filed pursis on record stating that the appellants have paid deficit Court fees of Rs.11,215/- on 01/03/2022.

It is stated that the amount deposited with this Court be transmitted to the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati.

Accordingly, the amount of Rs.8,71,842/- along with accrued interest, if any be transmitted to learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati and on being transferred, learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati shall permit the applicants / appellant Nos.2 and 3 to withdraw the amount of Rs.8,71,842/- along with accrued interest, if any.
