By this application, the applicant/respondent No.1 is seeking permission to modify the order dated 03/08/2021. 3.

The earlier application bearing Civil Application No. 3511/2014 was moved for permission to withdraw the amount which came to be allowed on 03/08/2021. However, inadvertently in the order dated 03/08/2021, wrongly mentioned as "Labour Court, Akola" whereas, it should be "deposited in this Court".

Necessary corrections in the order dated 03/08/2021 in Civil Application No. 3511/2014 be carried out. 5.

After carrying out necessary corrections, the respondent may be permitted to withdraw the said amount, as per the order. [M.S.JAWALKAR, J.] rkn
