Since this court found that the association of Head Masters would not be entitled to file a petition in representative capacity for 53 Head Masters, that are directed to be absorbed in several schools as the facts and circumstances are different, Shri Gaikwad, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file appropriate petitions.

Permission and liberty is granted, as prayed for. The writ petition stands disposed of, as withdrawn. The points raised in the petition are kept open.
