Heard the learned Counsel for the appellant.

The appellant wants to challenge the judgment given by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Buldana. The present insurance company was held responsible jointly and severally along with the owner. It is submitted that in fact there is no delay in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Hence the present application. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable in the first week of January, 2021.

Civil Application [CAF] No.1286/2020 :

Heard.

caf.1285.20 2/2 Stay is granted to the execution of the impugned judgment subject to depositing of entire decretal amount within a period of twelve weeks. Respondent Nos.1 to 3 are at liberty to apply for withdrawal and it will be considered on merit. The application is disposed of.
