Since the impugned order dated 7.6.2022 has been passed by the learned Sessions Court, upon the agreement of the learned counsels for the respective parties, I do not feel it appropriate to interfere in the same, considering that it is passed on a concession given by the counsel for the present applicant also. What the impugned order does is that it relegates the matter to the trial Court to decide the interim application within one month of the date of the order i.e. within one month from 7.6.2022, considering which the application is dismissed. However, it is indicated that the time schedule given by the learned Sessions Court in the impugned order dated 7.6.2022 shall be scrupulously followed. Needless to say that while deciding the application

28revn142.22.odt for interim maintenance, the learned trial Court shall have to decide the application in light of what has been held in Rajneesh Vrs. Neha, (2021) 2 SCC 324.
