On 7.3.2018, the following order was passed by this Court:- "This appeal pertains to the year 2002 and it was admitted by an order dated 20.09.2005 on the substantial questions of law. Thereafter, this appeal was dismissed for want of prosecution on 13.07.2016. But, by an order dated 16.11.2017 it was restored and it was directed to be placed for final hearing according to its turn.

2. This appeal was called out yesterday when none appeared on behalf of the appellant. Even today, when this appeal is called out none appears on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not serious about prosecuting this appeal. Hence, list this appeal tomorrow i.e. on 08.03.2018, first on Board of final hearing matters with remark "for dismissal".
