DATED : 02.02.201 Mr. Matale, the learned counsel holding for Shri S.R.Deshpande, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner in the present petition challenged the order passed by the learned Family Court No.4, Nagpur, thereby giving an interim custody of the children to the respondent. He submits that by the interim order, the respondent was granted custody of the children for a specified period and it was directed that respondent No.1/Snehal to hand over the custody of the children to Gunwantrao, the general power of attorney holder of the present petitioner on or before 23.06.2015 in the evening without fail. The learned counsel Mr. Matale submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the custody of the children is handed over to Gunwantrao, the general power of attorney holder of the petitioner on 23.06.2015, thereby complying the order passed by the Family Court, Nagpur on 04.06.2015 and as such the petition has rendered infructuous.

In view of the submission of Mr.Matale, the
