This is an application made by respondent No.1 for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by the appellants in this Court.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The respondent No.1 is allowed to withdraw 90 % of the amount deposited by the appellants, with accrued interest, if any, on furnishing usual undertaking to the effect that he will return the entire
