Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.86 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code the applicant has sought pre-arrest bail. The crime is registered against three accused (including the applicant) on the complaint lodged by Tahsildar that certain forged and fabricated documents were submitted to his office for obtaining Domicile Certificate of son of co-accused Sunil Ratanlal Mankar.

The accusations against the applicant are that he referred co-accused Sunil Ratanlal Mankar to Ram Mahajan who is getting/ obtaining certificates for the persons in need of such certificates.

The learned advocate for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is working on contract basis with Nagar Parishad, Saoner and he is not involved in any other crime/ offence. It is submitted that by the order passed by this Court on 4th July, 2017 in A.B.A. No.374 of 2017 co-

2 aba316.17 accused Sunil Ratanlal Mankar is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest.

By the order passed on 9th May, 2017 this Court has granted interim protection to the applicant imposing condition of attendance at Police Station. The Investigating Agency has not complained that the applicant has not cooperated with it. Considering the facts of the case and nature of the accusations against the applicant and as the non-applicant has not been able to point out that the custody of the applicant is required for further investigation, following order is passed : In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No. 86 of 2017 registered by the non-applicant, the applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond for Rs.Ten Thousand.

The application is allowed accordingly.

CRI.APPLN.(APPP) NOS. 838/17, 839/17 & 841/17. In view of disposal of the bail application, the applications praying for time to file certified/ typed copies of the documents, do not survive, all the applications are disposed of.
