Civil Application No.1656/2014 Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Perused the judgment of the Family Court. In the circumstances of the case, the judgment of the Family Court is stayed during the pendency of the appeal, on the condition that the appellant deposits a sum of Rs.50,000/- in the trial court towards the arrears of maintenance and continues to deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- per month in the trial court, during the pendency of the appeal.

The Civil Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
