3] The marriage was solemnized on 24th April, 2018 at Gadchiroli.

4] The applicant is residing at Gadchiroli where she has already initiated the proceedings under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of maintenance. The hardship is sought to be emphasized from the family structure of the applicant and the distance between two places.

5] In view of the above and, as the contentions of learned Counsel for the applicant are not controverted, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i). No costs.
