In this appeal the sentence inflicted on the appellant is suspended and the appellant/ accused is on bail. Criminal Application No.13 of 2015 filed by the appellant earlier,praying for grant of early hearing, is dismissed on 22nd September, 2015.

These applications were listed on 21st April, 2017. None appeared for the appellant. Today also there is no appearance for the appellant. These applications are pending since 2015 and 2016, respectively. The appellant has not been able to point out urgency which necessitates grant of early hearing.
