05th May, 2018 By this application, it is prayed that the respondent no.1 be permitted to withdraw the arrears of back wages that have been deposited by the petitioner no.1 in terms of the interim order dated 8th February, 2018. Copy of this application has been served on the counsel for the petitioners.

Perused the application and the impugned order. For the present, the respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.1,50,000-00 [rupees one lakh fifty thousand only] on furnishing a solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar [Judicial] along with an undertaking that in case the judgment of the School

Tribunal is reversed, said amount shall be repaid with interest at such rate the Court may direct.

Civil Application is disposed of.
