This Court (Coram: B. R. Gavai, J.) on 09.05.2017 has issued notice on this application and suspended the jail sentence by granting bail. According to Mr. Bhandarkar, learned counsel for the applicants, from the date the applicants are released on bail, there is no complaint that the applicants have misused the liberty granted to them.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. Ad interim order dated 09.05.2017 stands confirmed.
