DATE : 04.08.2017 By this petition, the petitioner has only sought the protection of his services, in view of the law laid down by the Full Bench in the judgment, reported in 2015 (1) Mh.L.J. 457. Since the judgment of the Full Bench is reversed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Chairman and Managing Director FCI and others...Versus...Jagdish Balaram Bahira and others by the judgment, dated 06/07/2017 in Civil Appeal No.8928/2015, the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted.

Since the caste claim of the petitioner is invalidated, the petitioner would not be entitled to the protection of his services.
