(Passed on 7th MAY, 2022) The Appellant has tendered Form "N" today, which is marked as "X" for identification.

The Appellant shall deposit the amount of Rs. 31,174/- with interest as per Award dated 04/12/2010 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chandrapur (MACT) in MACP No. 4/2004, within 8 weeks in MACT, Chandrapur, if not deposited. The Appellant shall be entitled to withdraw statutory deposit of Rs. 25,000/-, which is deposited while preferring this appeal. The Appellant seeks permission to withdraw the Appeal, as agreed with the Award of MACT, Chandrapur to pay and recover. The Appeal stands disposed of accordingly. Civil Application, if any, also disposed of.
