Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This application has been opposed by the learned A.P.P. However, I could not see from the case diary that any of the witnesses has attributed some overt act to these applicant. What these witnesses are stating is that they were part of the unlawful assembly. In view of such prima facie evidence available on record, I am inclined to grant this application. Hence, the order.

Application is allowed. It s directed that in the event of arrest of the applicants, in Crime No. 154/2016, registered against them at Police Station Jalgaon Jamod, the applicants shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing a P.R. bond of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum on the condition that the applicants shall attend the police

aba339-16 2/2 station as and when required, shall attend the police station on 28th July, 2015 for two hours between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. and shall surrender weapons, if any, to the police, if required by the Investigating Officer, in accordance with law and shall also attend the police station on every date and time if required by the Investigating Officer, shall co-operate with the police in investigation and shall not tamper with prosecution evidence.
