This is an application for suspension of substantive jail sentence and for grant of bail. This Court on 20.6.2014 has admitted the present revision and on the said date itself the applicant was released on bail. However, it appears that the application was remained to be disposed of.

Learned counsel Shri S.P. Kshirsagar for the applicant submits that the applicant has already deposited amount of Rs.25,000/- as per the directions given by the Appellate Court.

In that view of the matter, order granting bail in favour of the present applicant on 20.6.2014 stands confirmed. .....2/-
