Heard Mr.Lingayat, learned counsel for applicant. This is second application for grant of bail. The first application was dismissed on merits.

No doubt, applicant can file as many applications as he wants. However, every time, he must show change in the circumstance. Here, there is no change in circumstance. Therefore, when Court was about to dismiss the application, learned counsel for applicant submits that he be permitted to withdraw the application.
