Since the trial has commenced and according to the prosecution, eight witnesses are already examined, I was not inclined to consider the prayer for bail. 2.
However, the learned counsel for the applicant Mr. A.D. Bhate states that the progress of the trial is absolutely slow and the applicant is in jail since 4 years and 3 months. 3.
I have perused the order sheet.

Considering that he applicant is in custody since long, the trial Court is requested to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible and in any event within the next six months.
