Heard. Perused the pursis dated 22nd October 2018 filed by the learned Counsel for Respondent No.2, by which an information is placed on record that Respondent No.2 does not want to defend the Petition, as such, withdrawal of vakalatnama has been sought. The pursis is accepted. 2.

Mrs. Maldhure, the learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 is discharged as an Advocate. Now, the Respondent No.2 will be a party who does not oppose this Petition.

Nobody appears on behalf of the Petitioner. Mr. Bhuibhar, the learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 - University is present. Respondent No.2 has also indicated his mind that he would not like to defend himself in this Petition. 4.

In the circumstances, Writ Petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution with costs of Rs.1000/-. 5.

The costs amount shall be deposited with High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur.
