MAY 12, 2017 This is an application for grant of parole. The petitioner has approached this court on the ground that his son is getting married on 14.05.2017.

Taking into consideration the urgency in the matter, the learned A.P.P. was requested to take instructions from the concerned Police Station. The learned A.P.P. has taken instructions and confirmed that the petitioner's son is getting married on 14.05.2017.

In that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to be released for a period of one week commencing from 13.05.2017 at 9.00 a.m.

The learned A.P.P. to communicate this order telephonically as well as by fax to the concerned jail authorities.
