2.

It is the case of the petitioners that land bearing survey No.121/2 admeasuring 2.44 HR owned by them was acquired by the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation. The Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation by its sale deed dated 26.6.2018 purchased that land from one Vasant Hatmode. The amount of compensation mentioned in the sale deed was paid to said Vasant Hatmode. The petitioners on realizing the same lodged First Information Report No.601/2021 with Sawangi Meghe Police Station, Wardha. It is thus the case of the petitioners that the officers of the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation without verifying the records proceeded to execute the sale deed as a result of which consideration was paid to the third party. The petitioners pray that enquiry be conducted against the officers of the Corporation. 3.

We find from the record that the petitioners have not approached the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation making this grievance. Unless the petitioners make such grievance with the Corporation, we do not find that it would be permissible for this Court at this stage to issue any directions. Hence, with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Maharashtra State Road Development .....2/-

wp3535.22 14 Corporation through its superior officers making the grievance about the alleged transaction, the writ petition is disposed of. All points raised in this writ petition are kept open.
