DATED : 29-01-2025 The learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, restricts his claim in the petition for direction to the respondents regarding emolument payable to him till 20.06.2005, accepting which statement we allow the petition by directing the respondents to calculate and release all his entitlements on account of his employment till 20.06.2005, with interest at the statutory rate as indicated in Rule 129A of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Pension)Rules 1982 w.e.f. 17.10.2012 till the date of payment and not for the earlier period of 2005 to 2012. The same shall be done as far as possible within a period of four weeks from today.
