DATED : 24/01/2025 The present petition is filed challenging the order passed by respondent No.1- Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur whereby she was disqualified for the post of Member of Zilla Parishad, Bhandara. She has filed application for verification of caste claim to the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nagpur which ultimately invalidated her caste certificate by order dated 25.01.2024.

It appears that the said order of invalidation was under challenged before the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.988/2024. The said writ petition also came to be dismissed vide order dated 18.03.2024.

The Special Leave Petition bearing Diary No.3601/2025 preferred against the said order, which

2 55 wp 3164-2024 is also informed by the Counsel for petitioner as dismissed today i.e. on 24.01.2025. As such, nothing survives in this petition. Hence petition is dismissed. 4.

As such, there is no illegality or infirmity in the order dated 03.05.2024 passed by respondent No.1 Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur Division, Nagpur in disqualifying the petitioner and hence, it is hereby confirmed.
