The Counsel for the petitioner submits that today, he learnt that the petitioner expired on 19.08.2023; hence, he sought time to bring the legal heir on record. In view of this, the petition is abated against the petitioner. Further, the learned Counsel has given no objection to vacating interim relief.

In view of this, time is granted to bring legal heir on record. However, an interim relief granted vide order dated 12.06.2019 is vacated. Informed the trial Court accordingly. The learned Counsel is permitted to file a typed copy of the documents on the record. The registry has to verify and accept the same. List the matter after vacations.
