OCTOBER 10, 2025 1) The present petition is filed against the order passed by the Divisional Commissioner in Revision No.229/RTS - 64/2018 under the provisions of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

2) Learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents State submits that the petitioner is having an alternate and equally efficacious remedy to approach the State Government.

3) In view of above, the petition stands disposed of as not maintainable with liberty to the petitioner to approach to the State Government. The petitioner to file an appeal within eight weeks. All the contentions are kept open.

4) As far as the delay is concerned, the Appellate Authority to consider the time spent while prosecuting the writ petition. If the petitioner files an appeal within four weeks, the State Government shall decide the same within eight weeks from the date of filing of an appeal.
