Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

It is seen that these applicants are being implicated in this crime only on the basis of statement of the co-accused, who says that these applicants had purchased four bullocks from him. If that was the statement given by the co-accused, some independent verification was necessary so as to turn the suspicion against these applicants into a grave suspicion. It appears that it has not been done and the applicants have also attended the police station from 16/06/2016 till 19/06/2016 for compliance with the directions given by this Court to attend the police station, although the dates of attendance were different. But, fact remains that these applicants did attend the police station and that there is justification, which

is acceptable even for attending the police station on different dates. However, nothing has emerged from the cooperation exhibited by these applicants. In the result, I am inclined to grant this application.

The application is allowed.

The interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicants by this Court on 09/06/2016 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions. The application is disposed as such.
