The petitioner seeks to challenge communication dated 20.07.2022 by which the Education Officer has refused to grant approval to the petitioner's appointment.

The amendment as prayed for is granted. The same be carried out within a period of one week from today. The civil application is disposed of. WRIT PETITION NO. 2317/2017.
