In the light of Division Bench judgment delivered by the Aurangabad Bench in Writ Petition No. 6640/2017 and other connected matters, on 22.06.2017 upholding the validity of transfer policy

Order 3107wp2889.17 dated 27.02.2017, the challenge in present Writ Petitions is rendered infructuous.

Following the very same law, we accordingly dispose of the present petitions. No cost. 4.
