The matter is amicably settled in full and final settlement for Rs.9,75,000/- (Rs. Nine lakh seventy five thousand only) along with accrued interest thereon. The appellant - Insurance Company has already deposited Rs.10,85,304/- (Rs. Ten lakh eighty five thousand three hundred and four only) with the Commissioner, Workman Compensation Act, Nagpur, on 06/06/2015. Out of this amount, an amount of Rs.9,75,000/- (Rs. Nine lakh seventy five thousand only) along with accrued interest thereon shall be paid to respondent No.1, and the remaining balance amount of Rs.1,10,304/- (One lakh ten thousand three hundred and four only) be refunded to the appellant - Insurance Company.

The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
