DATE : 25.01.2017 By this petition, the petitioner challenges the order, dated 4.7.2009 transferring the petitioner from village Papad, District Amravati to Shivaji Vidyalaya, Buldhana. The cause for filing the writ petition is rendered infructuous due to passage of time. Though this Court has issued Rule in the writ petition, the interim relief was not granted, as the impugned order was acted upon and the petitioner had already joined the School to which she was transferred. The writ petition is pending for more than seven years. The cause for filing the writ petition is rendered infructuous, in the circumstances of the case. Hence, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
