In view of the fact that the respondents have paid the loan amount to the respondent-Bank, nothing remains to be recovered in this matter.

In the aforesaid backdrop, the order dated 17.02.2023 passed by the respondent no.1-District Magistrate and Collector, Nagpur, which is impugned in the present petition, has lost its efficacy. 4.

In view of above, the writ petition is rendered infructuous and it is disposed of as such. No costs.
