By this application, the petitioner is seeking extension of protection granted by this Court dated 20/03/2023.

This Court while passing order on 20/03/2023 considered the challenge in the petition and observed that as the petition challenges the interim orders and the employment of petitioner stands protected since 2019, it would be appropriate, if the protection is continued for a period of two months more by which time the Labour Court shall decide the complaint before it. 4.

The Labour Court has not yet decided the said complaint.

In view of that the protection granted by this Court is extended for further period of two months. 6.

Civil application is disposed of.
