Shri A. Parchure, learned Counsel for the appellant and Shri Dewani, learned Counsel for respondent state that the matters are wrongly placed with a group of appeals i.e. Income Tax Appeal Nos. 37/2009 and other matters, in which a question revolves around the scope of Section 263 of the Income Tax Act. They state that these two appeals are governed by the order dated 06.10.2015, passed in Income Tax Appeal no. 23/2011 and other connected matters, and can be disposed of in terms of the said

Order 1210itl2.14 order.

In view of the joint submission and in terms of order dated 06.10.2015 in Income Tax Appeal Nos. 23/2011 and other connected matters, with similar observations and liberty, we dispose of these two Appeals. No cost.
