He further states that the appellant society is not in a position to furnish a valid resolution in that regard, as disputes in that regard are pending before the Charity Commissioner.

In view of aforesaid, the Second Appeal stands disposed of by recording the aforesaid statements made on behalf of the appellant. No costs.
