Reply filed by the prosecution is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for the respondent/State.

Learned counsel for the applicants states that these applicants are similarly situated to the applicant Shri Sonal Gogula, who has been granted bail by this Court by an order passed on 05.07.2016 in Criminal Application [BA] No. 474/16. Learned APP concedes to the same. Therefore, this application deserves to be allowed.

The application is allowed and it is directed that the applicants be released on bail on each of them furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in like sum on conditions that the applicants shall regularly attend the dates fixed by this Court, shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses and shall co-operate with the trial Court in expeditious

disposal of the case.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
