DATED : 19/01/2024 Mr Jachak, learned Counsel for petitioners makes a statement that petitioner-Society is already registered with the Pavitra Portal and the roster is also uploaded.

In this context, Mr. Joshi, learned Assistant Government Pleader makes a statement that since the Pavitra Portal is working efficiently, the petitioner should raise the demand for filling up five vacant posts of Assistant Teachers and one post of Accountant in the Pavitra Portal which it would be permitted to do, and upon receipt of such demand, within two days, the list of eligible candidates would be sent to the petitioner.

Accepting the statement, as the statement to the Court, the petition is disposed of by directing the
2 23 wp 4947-2021 petitioners to raise the demand on Pavitra Portal within two days. Whereupon, within a period of four days thereafter, the respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall send the list of the eligible candidates to the petitioners, who shall, thereafter, take appropriate steps in that regard.
