DATE : June 24, 2019 Shri S. Sohoni, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2, on instructions, submits that the notices dated 07/11/2015 and 04/12/2015 that were issued by the Municipal Corporation and which are the subject matter of challenge in R.C.S. No.395/2015 are being withdrawn. He further submits that fresh notices would be issued by the Municipal Corporation after following the prescribed procedure. Needless to state that the petitioners are free to take such steps as are permissible in law if they are aggrieved by any such action.

In the light of the aforesaid statement, it is not necessary to enter into the merits of the challenges as raised in the present writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of by keeping all the points raised open. No costs.
