In pursuance to orders dated 17.02.2017, Shri Lonare, learned APP has invited our attention to Government Resolution issued by the Home Department of State of Maharashtra on 17.10.2015 constituting District Level Committee and Committees at the level of Commissionerate. The officers nominated therein are also mentioned by their designation.

Shri P.T. Lahudkar, APP has also filed his reply affidavit.

As the Committee, as directed by the Hon'ble
