It is unexplained why the learned Presiding Officer of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal is referred by name in the title of the application.

In view of this defect, the advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh application within eight weeks. The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

As the appellant has deposited the amount with the Registry of this Court, the interim order granted on 13th June, 2016 shall continue till next hearing.
