The anticipatory application of the appellants having been rejected by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1, Amravati by its order dated 16.05.2023 in Crime No.121/2023 registered with Police Station, Walgaon District Amravati for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 452, 324, 323, 504, 506, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3 (1)(r), 3(i)(s), 3(2) (va) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, the present appeal came to be filed. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned APP for the respondent no.1/State and learned appointed counsel for respondent no.2.

Learned APP fairly submits that in this matter the charge-sheet has been filed and nothing is required to be seized from the appellants, therefore, the investigating officer is not intending to arrest the appellants. 5.

In view of above submission, apprehension of arrest does not survive. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of as infructuous.
