CORAM : B.P. DHARMADHIKARI & MRS. SWAPNA JOSHI, JJ.

OCTOBER 03, 2017.

Heard Shri M.M. Agnihotri, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri M.K. Pathan, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

2.

The petitioner points out that earlier some challenges have been looked into by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal and thereafter by this Court. Shri Agnihotri, learned counsel submits that two direct writ petitions are also admitted by this Court.

3.

After hearing the learned counsel for the respective counsel, we find that the matter needs scrutiny initially by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. 4.

This Court has granted interim order on 09.05.2017 and it is still in force.

5.

Hence, without observing anything on merits of the controversy, we continue that interim order for a period

0310wp2892.17 of two months and grant the petitioner leave to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, in the meanwhile. 6.

The Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal shall independently consider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of interim orders.

7.

With this direction, we dispose of the present writ petition. However, there shall be no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
