Heard. The appellant seeks for adding original informant as a party/respondent No.2 in the proceeding. This being an appeal challenging the order of rejection of pre-arrest bail for the offences under the Scheduled Casts and Scheduled Tribe Act, the informant is necessary party.

In view of above, application is allowed. The appellant is directed to add informant as respondent No.2 in the proceeding. After addition of respondent No.2, notice be issued to him, returnable on 27/10/2020.
