This is an application filed by respondent No. 5 for permission to deposit award amount with interest in this Court.

It is submitted that the first appeal is decided on 29/03/2019 and respondent No. 5 is directed to pay the amount of compensation with interest.

Considering the prayer in the aforesaid application, the same is allowed.

Respondent No. 5 is permitted to deposit compensation amount of Rs. 12,63,486/- in this Court. The application is disposed of accordingly.
